G’Day. This Blog is aimed at stimulating discussion amongst colleagues about issues facing libraries and eLearning in the HE sector.
There are two hints about me!
1. ‘G’Day’ is an Australian greeting, short for ‘Good Day’, reflecting my nationality.
2. DLKR represents the initials of my position, Director of Libraries and Knowledge Resources at Nottingham Trent University in the UK.
I have been a librarian for over 30 years, and have been involved in managing eLearning developments for nearly seven years, both in Australia and the UK. Because of this, I am very interested in exploring and understanding how new information and communication technologies can be used to further learning, teaching and research.
